Not Carrot Juice

Don't be fooled by the carrot color, it's not carrot juice. On the contrary, this traditional Thai tea is creamy with hints of vanilla and lightly sweet thanks to coconut milk.

Directions

  1. Fill the kettle to the 1L marking with water, put the kettle on the stand and brew.
  2. In a large pitcher, add the tea mix and sugar. Pour the hot water over top and stir. Steep for 20 minutes, or until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour the tea through a fine mesh sieve to remove tea mix. Pour tea into 5 tall glasses and pour coconut milk on top. Stir to combine and drink warm.
