Pineapple Tea

Never throw your pineapple peels away again. Instead make subtly sweet pineapple tea with spicy ginger and cinnamon.

Directions
- Fill the kettle to the 1L marking with water, put the kettle on the stand and brew.
- Meanwhile, peel the pineapple, saving the peel and any scraps. Place the peel and scraps in a large pitcher. Chop the pineapple flesh and save for a later use.
- Add the cinnamon sticks and ginger to the pitcher. Pour the hot water over top and steep overnight.
- Pour the tea through a fine mesh sieve to remove pineapple peel, cinnamon sticks and ginger.
- Fill four tall glasses with ice and serve tea cold. Garnish with chopped pineapple.
